Finally! The World Of Serums: It's Skin power 10 VC Effector

Hi Lovies! Its another world of beauty I am excited about. The world of serums! yes serums!. I only knew cleansers, toners and creams before and now I just experienced how great and powerful serums are. What I'm going to share today is all about the It's Skin line power 10 VC effector.


I recently followed the Korean skin care way because it's very meticulous and it gives really good results. I'm going to write about it really soon but for now, I'm just going to tell you what this little baby ( It's Skin line power 10 VC effector) is all about.

Serums are normally used after your toner and before your creams or moisturizers since it's more watery and lighter than that of creams. Serum is medicine for your skin and it also has plasma, latex from aloe vera to treat skin conditions, from flaky or dry, cosmetic ailments, hair and scalp problems to many more.  

What this serum does is to tighten pores and brighten up dull skin. The It's Skin line is a Korean skin care company that promises to provide different treatments to all skin troubles. I specifically picked this one because my face was really oily and its flaky and dark. When you have oily skin, products that you apply on your face oxidizes faster and will cause your face to look darker due to oil. When I started using this serum, my face looks brighter when I wake up and when I put on my usual daily make up, my face doesn't look dark like it used to and the texture of my face is smoother and my darker spots are a lot lighter.

Moving on to a more interesting part about serums is the way to apply it. No rubbing it in, no brushing or using any beauty blender since this is not make up but this amazing bottle has a dropper inside it like this

Step 1. You squeeze the dropper and pour the contents to your palm and rub both of your palms together. Step 2. You pat your palm to the right and the left part of your face together and shift your right arm to your forehead and the left to your chin. basically you just have to pat the serum all over your face because this is absorbed by the skin 5 times faster than that of your major creams.

Its fun seeing Koreans do that too. At first, I thought they were just exaggerating the method a bit just for the sake of media and promotions but its true. You will enjoy it. Well a least i did :)

What I liked most about this serum is it works but it wasn't that expensive like the ones from Skin Food. This one is approximately P447.00 and 2-3 months use. On my next post, I will be posting pictures of how this is applied. I am looking forward in purchasing another kind from the power 10 line and you guys will definitely hear about it, that's for sure.

Lioele triple the solution (review)

Hi there lovies! this is apparently my first time reviewing a product. I have been using different skin care products since high school and behold my first review!. I've seen a lot of reviews about this awesome product and most of them really are good reviews and I would just like to add up to that :)

As you can see, this is the lovely Lioeli triple the solution BB Cream. I don't have swatches to show you but this is definitely good for covering dark spots, pimple scars and it can even brighten your face. Medium to full coverage and this one is a little dewy so oily skin ladies are not going to like it but if used with setting powder everything will be a-ok! 

I have tried other BB Creams like the ones from Maybelline usually since drugstore cosmetic geek like me just loves to check products from the shelves of these big drugstores like Watson's. I'm not really fond of expensive things so "affordable" and "working" has always been my favorite keywords. Lately, however, I have decided to buy this little baby (Lioeli triple the solution) because I feel that I need to invest on BB creams since it has always been the biggest factor on my make up regimen. 

I have oily skin and you could only imagine how hard it is to find the perfect product for that type of skin. it has its good benefits being on the oily side but it just takes a whole lot of effort to keep up and care for these overly-excited oil glands.

Now going back to this lovely product from Liolei, what I normally do with it is to mix it with my Clean and Clear moisturizer for oily skin. One pump from my Lioeli TTS and one pea-size amount from my Clean and Clear moisturizer sets beautifully. One pump from this BB cream can cover my entire face and neck. 

Lioele Triple the Solution BB Cream’s main functions are Whitening, UV Protection, and Wrinkle Care. Arbutin ingredients naturally brighten skin and create a more even looking complexion, while plant extracts help boost cell regeneration to smooth out fine lines. The SPF contained in this product doesn't only product skin from harmful UV rays but also improves the results in the other two main functions. UV light causes dark spots that makes skin tone uneven and breaks down connective tissue such as collagen, which leads to wrinkles; SPF prevents both of these. I used this BB cream nearly a month now and it makes my skin really smooth. Before using it, my skin condition was at its worst ever. Worst I mean pimples showing up without prior notice! Leaving horrible scars under my chin. What I love about this is that it covered my imperfections well at the same time brightening my face. For darker skinned pretty girls, this bb cream is not for you since it only has one shade as far as I learned from this brand and that this is for girls with fairer skin.

Should I repurchase this? Oh yes! definitely. This has been my go-to bb cream. It's a bit pricey but still it's worth it. You can wear this bb cream for 3 months or more depending as to how thick you normally use it. I don't use concealers on this anymore since its buildable.
